RETURNS
We do not offer exchanges or returns for health and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ADDRESS ERRORS
For any errors in address entry, refunds will only be processed once the product is returned to us. The refund will be issued minus the shipping fees. If the customer still wishes to receive their product, they will need to place a new order.
NON-RECEIPT OF DELIVERED ORDERS
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must file a claim with the delivery service to obtain further information. Additionally, they must file a police report within 7 days for the missing package. Upon receiving a copy of this police report, we will proceed with either a refund or reshipment of the order, according to the customer’s preference.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Once a package is marked as delivered, customers have 15 days to retrieve their order. After this period, if the order has not been claimed or is reported as missing, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued. Multiple reminder emails will be sent to ensure customers are aware of their delivery.
SUBSCRIPTION
When a customer subscribes to a service, they must cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for a renewal. Please note that canceling your subscription does not retroactively cancel any existing or recently renewed orders. Numerous emails are sent before the renewal charge, allowing the customer to postpone or cancel their order. Once the renewal has been processed, NO REFUNDS WILL BE POSSIBLE. If the subscription is canceled after the renewal, the next subscription will be either canceled or postponed according to the customer's request. The customer has full control over their subscription via the Subify platform.
REFUNDS
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
